If there were a way to guarantee success in life, how would you take advantage of it.? What if there were a prescribed method by which anyone, regardless of their race, gender, environment, wealth, or lack thereof; could tap into an unlimited resource which eliminates lack and propels one into perpetual prosperity?
Joshua 1:8 (New King James Version)
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
In this passage, we sometimes tend to skip over important words trying to get to the prosperity and success part. The most important word (s) in this scripture is “your mouth”. The Word of God concerning anything must come out of your mouth in order for you to reap the benefits. Why? Because your voice is your address. The Bible says that angels minister to those (believers) to whom the inheritance belongs. How do they know where to take your mail if the envelope is not properly addressed. Your voice is your blueprint to success. It is equivalent to your fingerprints. Forensic science developed a way to identify and individual by their fingerprints simply by identifying numerous points of similarity. It is known that no two persons have the same fingerprints. Unfortunately, sometimes the findings can be inconclusive in identifying a suspect if there are not enough points of similarity or the fingerprint impression is so smudged it can’t be identified. It is also known and being utilized today, that the voice print is even more accurate. It is highly unlikely to misidentify a voice print, so when you put your voice to the Word of God, angels know exactly where to bring the mail.
What happens if U.S. mail can’t be delivered? It is returned to sender. Could it be that there are warehouses of unopened mail (returned to the heavenlies) destined for believers who failed to address the envelope. We like to say “What God has for me, it is for me.” That’s not in the Bible, it’s a song. Nothing is automatic. If it were, then you would have already been delivered by now.
If faith comes by hearing (and hearing), and hearing, by the Word of God. Then certainly just saying the Word one time or a few times, then quitting, is not enough. There is an adversary trying to keep you from God’s best. He will intercept your package and resist your angelic help. You must be willing to say it until you see it. Failure to do so will make you unidentifiable during the delivery process. Your voice is your blueprint in the spirit realm like a homing device that transfers things to the natural realm and delivers them to you.
I recall recently, I had ordered some merchandise and expected it to be delivered by UPS. The customer service person told me to expect delivery the next day. Immediately I started saying, “it will be here tomorrow!” The next day, my expectation grew. I knew the time of day I usually see the UPS truck in my area so with expectation I looked for it. I saw the truck coming down the street, expecting the driver to stop in front of my house. He stopped and I met the truck like I knew he had something for me. Needless to say I received my package.
The Word of God coming from your mouth, faith to continue in the process, and expecting to receive what you ask; these are the ingredients for prosperity and success.
May God render the success of Holiness and the promise of eternity. Though He allow that all is taken from me, may I hold out for what is best.
